A first case
The 22-year-old is from La Lande-Patry. She holds a BTS dietetic and has training in natural health which allowed him to specialize in micronutrition, herbal medicine and aromatherapy.
I am focused on natural health. I want to give the keys to a healthy, sustainable and personalized diet. A dietician isn’t just there to help you lose weight. As I tend to say: we are what we eat.
A partnership with a sports coach

By his side, Johan Marie, sports coach on Flers, which has been training for 16 years, can offer its services according to the customer’s wishes.
In this case, which is not compulsory, Eline will do a dietary assessment and I will do a sports assessment. I work at home, outside or in a public connection.
Sports coaching includes: fitness, muscle building, cardio training and gentle gym, depending on your goals.
