Jakarta –
Xiaomi released his newest cellphone in Indonesia, namely Redmi Note 10 series. Namely a middle-class cellphone with an AMOLED screen and a 108 megapixel camera.
There are two series released by Xiaomi, namely Redmi Note 10 and Redmi Note 10 Pro. Both of these phones use AMOLED screens, with a number of differences in the more expensive Redmi Note 10 Pro variant.
“This is our biggest leap for the Redmi Note series, namely by using an AMOLED screen. Usually this type of screen is only available on mobile phones with prices above Rp. 4 million,” said Alvin Tse, Country Director of Xiaomi Indonesia in a press conference before the launch, Tuesday ( 30/3/2021).
Alvin also said that Redmi Note 10 series is also present as a breakthrough for the establishment of middle class mobile phone standards. Also to answer the needs of Mi Fans.
However, this series of phones does not always champion the AMOLED screen, because there are a number of other awesome features. Like a 108 megapixel camera and a 120Hz refresh rate (on Redmi Note 10 Pro), and dual speakers to improve sound quality when watching videos or listening to music.
The main differences between the Redmi Note 10 and Note 10 Pro are the screen refresh rate which reaches 120Hz and 240Hz touch sampling rate, the HDR10 standard for the screen, and the higher screen brightness level. The screen of the Pro version is slightly larger, which is 6.67 inches versus 6.43 inches.
The System on a Chip (SoC) used is different, Redmi Note 10 uses Snapdragon 678 while Redmi Note 10 Pro uses Snapdragon 732G. The rear camera of the Pro version has a resolution of 108MP for the main camera, while the non-Pro variant is only 48 megapixels.
The battery capacities of both are narrowly adrift, 5020 mAh on the Pro version and 5,000 mAh on the non-Pro version. Both can be recharged with the 33W charger that is included in the sales package.
