BEKASI, KOMPAS.com – The deaf woman, with the initials NS (20), was a victim of rape by a community protector (Linmas), BL in the Duren Jaya area, East Bekasi, Wednesday (17/3/2021) in the early hours of the morning.

The heinous act took place at the Jati Grave Complex not far from the grave location of the victim’s grandfather. Previously, the victim was fed alcohol by the perpetrator.

“The rape was carried out there (grave). Even near the grave of the victim’s grandfather. Incidentally (grandfather) was buried nearby,” said Legal Counsel for the victim from LBH GMBI, Heri, Monday (29/3/2021), as quoted by Warta Kota.

The rape incident began when the victim was about to return home after playing from her friend’s house on Tuesday (16/3/2021), at 18.00 WIB.

However, at that time the victim met an unknown person who flirted with the streets around the Bekasi Main Terminal.

At that time the victim was invited to walk the perpetrator until 24.00 WIB. Then the victim was taken to a rented house to be raped.

“The victim fought back and struggled and finally hit her in the waist, squeezed her breasts and strangled her neck. The victim was scared and fled,” said Heri.

During the escape process, the victim met BL who then shouted at the man until he ran away.

However, BL also had the same intention as the man who wanted to rape the victim.

BL gave the victim liquor until the victim was almost unconscious.

“The perpetrator of the civilian organization gave the victim a drink that had been mixed with the drug. Then the victim felt dizzy and was taken by the perpetrator to the Jati Duren Jaya cemetery,” said Heri.

At that location, the victim was raped by BL and threatened not to scream.

After the incident, the victim and her parents then reported to LBH GMBI and to the Bekasi City Police.
