“Currently, our vaccine injection rate has reached 500,000 injections per day and we have already reached 10 million injections last Friday. The Minister of Health also said that the COVID-19 vaccine has become a geopolitical issue in which countries around the world are competing with each other to get the vaccine. Therefore, the vaccines available are the best vaccines to use.
The government must combine the use of various brands of the COVID-19 vaccine in order to meet the vaccine needs for the entire target population.
There is no single vaccine producer in the world that can meet all the demands of big countries like Indonesia. Indonesia is lucky because it has collaborated with 4 vaccine producers, namely Sinovac, Astrazeneca, Novavax, and Pfizer.
