MNM DJs try to survive a week in the forest without food and …

MNM DJs Laura Govaerts and Sander Gillis have started their expedition. They try to survive in the forest for a week with just their microphones, each other and whatever the listeners want to give them to survive.

Expedition Gillis & Govaerts, the initiative of the MNM DJs was christened. The idea is that DJs Laura Govaerts and Sander Gillis survive in the woods for as long as they can. They don’t even get a garden chair or a tent to sleep in from the radio transmitter. They also do not have food, drink or toilet paper available. They can get all of that from attentive listeners.

The purpose of the two is noble: to plant trees. For every hour they stay in the forest, they get 25 trees to plant a forest. They hope to survive a week and thus be able to plant a forest of 2,500 trees.
