“Bergdoktor” star Simone Hanselmann: Will Franziska stay in New York forever?

“Alles anders”, the last episode of the 14th season, “Der Bergdoktor”, once again offered everything in suspense. “I have a feeling. I have to do something, I have to make a decision for someone, for you, for Franziska,” complained Dr. Gruber (Hans Sigl, 51) with Anne (Ines Lutz, 37). But in the end it was the two of them who made this decision for him: After Anne’s clear words, Franziska decides to leave Ellmau: “Munich won’t be enough, Martin, I have to go further away. I’m going to New York,” she says to the Bergdoktor before a fait accompli.

And Anne, who spoke so insistently to Franziska’s conscience, then backed off: “If you have the feeling that you are happier with your child and Franziska, then that’s okay and I’m not in your way, I promise ? ” In addition, Martin’s thoughtful look into the distance before the fade-out – in season 15 everything could look completely different again. “Unfortunately I don’t know that myself yet”

Actress Simone Hanselmann told TVSPIELFILM.de during the course of the season that Franziska doesn’t want to destroy Martin’s happiness with Anne, even if she still feels something for him. “She is not a scheming woman who always tries to pursue her own interests.”
So now the decision to completely disappear from Anne’s life. Is that the end of Franziska with the mountain doctor?
