BOLASPORT.COM – Mission Valentino Rossi to reach the first podium with his new team, Petronas Yamaha SRT, collapsed during the race MotoGP Qatar 2021, last weekend.
Starting the race from the 4th starting position, Valentino Rossi can only complete the race at the Losai International Circuit, Doha, Qatar, Sunday (28/3/2021), in 12th place.
Rossi said that tire performance was again a problem he had to face while undergoing the race.
As a result, instead of competing to finish in the podium position, the Italian racer nicknamed The Doctor instead appeared oversized and slipped up to eight strips.

Different results were achieved by former teammate Valentino Rossi at Monster Yamaha, Maverick Vinales.
Both driving the latest edition of the YZR-M1 motorbike, Vinales was able to win the race at Losail.
He finished at the front with a record time of 42 minutes 28.663 seconds, 10.742 seconds ahead of Rossi.
