Ben Askren appeared to get under Jake Paul’s skin by taunting him about his brother Logan Paul at their press conference.
The YouTuber and the UFC veteran are set to meet at a boxing match on April 17 in Atlanta.

Askren did not hold back
They have exchanged a lot of trash talk online and have now come face to face in person for the first time.
Askren began, “I had heard about Jake Paul before I accepted this fight, but I couldn’t have told you much about him or his brother.
“I knew he was coming a bit into his brother’s shadow, he was trying to follow in his brother’s footsteps.
“His brother is a lot more talented, he has more fans.”
At this point, Jake stepped in and said, “You literally went to your Instagram and asked people for roasts.

“You asked people for roasts on your Instagram and that was the main comment, ‘Say his brother is better than him.'”
Askren rang, “Really? “
But Jake continued, “It’s like calling Kylie Jenner ‘Kendall Jenner’. “
Askren said, “I don’t know anything about it. “
Jake explained, “It doesn’t matter, it’s always a compliment.
“I would love to be Logan, Logan is a great kid, we are both stars, both taking over the world at a young age.”
Askren dismissed him and started again, “Okay, so when Logan’s little brother called me…”

Later in the event, they had another personal exchange on Logan.
Askren asked, “Who is better, you or him at boxing?” “
Jake replied, “Me, hands down.
“That’s why I’m 3-0, (3 KOs) and he’s 0-1-1. “
Askren continued, “Did he ever scream your ass when you were the little brother?” “

There was then a silence as Jake refused to answer.
Askren prompted him, “That was a question, Jake. You are supposed to answer.
And Jake said, “I don’t care about your questions. “
Askren concluded, “Okay, I’ll think of it as ‘he rubbed his face in the carpet once a week.’ “
In response, Jake said, “Yeah, sure Ben,” and let out a funny sarcastic laugh.
Also at the press conference, Jake called out UFC star Jorge Masvidal, who knocked out Askren in five seconds at UFC 239, and they also faced each other in the head-to-head.
