The Ministry of Health in Kiel has specified the so-called Corona emergency brake. Now it is regulated what happens when districts and urban districts exceed the incidence limit of 100.
If the incidence is above 100 for three days in a row, people from one household are only allowed to meet one other person – this applies in private and public spaces. Children under the age of 14 are excluded. Daycare centers go to emergency care, schools to distance learning, and emergency care is to be organized for grades 1 to 6. Classroom classes can be offered for the final year. Driving schools must offer their theory lessons as distance learning.

In addition, only one person per household is allowed to shop in the supermarket or discount store, this also applies to pharmacies, weekly and hardware stores, among other things. Retailers can continue to offer Click and Collect. Leisure and cultural institutions are only allowed to offer their offers outside.
Under these circumstances, sport is only allowed with people from your own household or with another training partner. The following applies to children: There must be fixed groups with a maximum of five participants plus an instructor. For services with physical contact, customers in counties and urban districts with more than 100 new infections per 100,000 inhabitants will have to submit negative tests within seven days. This does not apply to medically and nursing services as well as visits to hairdressers or nail salons.
Flensburg and Segeberg district over 100 incidence
The state government wants to continue assessing the situation in the regions every Wednesday and, together with the affected municipalities, initiate steps for the following week. With significantly increased infection dynamics, this could be done at short notice, it said. In Schleswig-Holstein, the independent city of Flensburg is currently (as of March 27) with 106.5 again above the 100 incidence. The Segeberg district also broke the limit with 102.1 (as of March 27).
