New York: After the recent rebel attacks in eastern Ukraine with several deaths, 45 states have blamed Russia for it. In a joint statement, the countries condemned the continued destabilization of Ukraine and, in particular, the actions of Russia in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions. Moscow is violating the Minsk Agreement and is not a mediator but a party to the conflict in eastern Ukraine. In addition to numerous EU member states, the signatories include the USA, Canada, Australia and Turkey.
