Chocolate maker Anne-Sophie Jin created her brand, Mon mini carré, and opened her workshop boutique in Thionville in 2020. She creates her own recipes there, such as mascarpone and chocolate pop-cakes. As the Easter holidays approached, she opened the doors of her workshop on rue du Mersch to us, and shared some of her trade secrets with us.
