Manhunt for driver after ‘wild west’ inner city Hoorn | Inland

In the vicinity of Purmerend, officers saw a car passing by at high speed on Wednesday evening around a quarter past nine. The chase started and after a stop signal was given, the offender took off at high speed. After ignoring the stop sign, a wild ride through Noord-Holland followed. According to witnesses, the fleeing car was chased by up to seven police cars. A police helicopter was also deployed.
