Frank Hoffmann has succeeded in engaging a special band from Germany for a concert: The Sons of Mannheim will perform on July 1st in the cultural center in Güssing. “There are of course more concerts planned, there will be a few surprises”, the cultural summer director does not want to reveal any more.
In a certain way, this year’s cultural summer is also a premiere: for the first time, it is taking place under the umbrella of the Burgenland culture companies. They took over the administrative work last autumn. “The program of the Güssinger Kultursommer always includes an annual series of concerts that take place in the Kuturzentrum Güssing and the Ensemble Gerersdorf open-air museum. This year we are particularly pleased that artistic director Frank Hoffmann will bring the German music group Söhne Mannheims to Güssing because of his international artistic connections, ”said the Burgenland cultural operations. “We hope that by then the corona situation will be over and the federal government will give the green light for the legendary German band, which has been rocking Europe’s stages for over 25 years, to perform.
