Jakarta, Selular.ID – With a large population, Indonesia is often the main destination country for smartphone manufacturers in launching new devices. After previously Realme introduced the C25 and C21 for the first time in the world in Indonesia, now it’s Oppo’s turn.
When introducing the Oppo Reno5 F and Oppo Band on March 24, at the end of the presentation the vendor announced that there would be the launch of a new device in the A series. In fact, the launch of this device will be the first in the world and will take place in Indonesia.
Oppo also said that this device will be a new face for the A series line in Indonesia in 2021.
In fact, the device to be launched has been registered in the postel certification system with the certificate number 73418 / SDPPI / 2021 and the OPPO CPH2239 device code.
When traced through the Ministry of Industry’s TKDN website, this device has also received a certificate with number 195 / SJ-IND.8 / TKDN / 2/2021 which was obtained since February 19, 2021 with a TKDN value of 31.10%.
“The new device that will be launched brings a change to the A series line in 2021. This device is a manifestation of our commitment, especially to present technology, features and hardware that are usually present in the upper middle class to be present on this device,” said Aryo Meidianto A, PR Manager Oppo Indonesia.
“The plan is for the device to be sold at a price of two million in Indonesia,” he added.
Of course, this device will be a successor to the previous generation. Oppo is quite diligent in refreshing the A series line, as last year the vendor had launched the A33 and A53 devices while this year, Oppo launched the A15 and A15s devices.
So far, the A series line has been the backbone of Oppo’s sales in Indonesia. More than 50% of the A series lines always contribute to Oppo’s sales figures from year to year. No wonder this device has become very popular among consumers in Indonesia.
