Reporting to our Sales Director, you promote the entire portfolio of service offers with a focus on Consulting to a target of decision-makers in the Pharma, Biotech, Medtech, Cosmetics and Food industries.

Your missions are as follows:

  • You identify opportunities and RFI on Life science – Data and Digital projects and platform. You develop with them, the footprint of our Group on our areas of excellence to build comprehensive and engaging service offers.
  • You negotiate high-stakes strategic business in our areas of excellence: Sale of Solutions in Medical Writing, Pharmaco Vigilance, Cdisc, Quality Control, Data Management, Monitoring, Digital, Regulatory Affairs, Biostatistics, and Data Intelligence.
  • You have great autonomy of action and decision to build and implement your “Account Plans” thanks to a detailed understanding of your customers, their challenges and their needs.
  • You ensure your sales by prospecting, developing the commercial relationship and the customer portfolio (expansion on the account) with monitoring of your pipeline in the CRM.
  • You build your commercial infrastructure on your account scope:
    • Negotiation of referrals
    • Drawing up of charts of accounts
    • Development and management of your Go To Market
    • CRM Analytics Tracking
    • Construction of strategic accounts for the development of Consulting

You benefit from the technical support of pre-sales consultants in responding to projects, calls for tenders or writing intervention proposals, as well as all internal resources (experts, human resources, legal, marketing, etc.) that you mobilize on your business as a true “conductor”.

Your profile

With a Bac + 4/5 scientific or commercial training, you have a solid successful commercial experience (3 to 5 years minimum) acquired in the sale of CRO or ESN services dedicated to the health and life sciences industries.

You perfectly master the Consulting value cycle: referencing and mapping – application – defense – closing.

A born salesperson, experienced in complex affairs, you cultivate a sense of effort and of winning. We are looking for a leading candidate, a fine strategist with a pronounced taste for action on the ground, equally at ease for hunting as for the development of large accounts.
