Philadelphia (AP) – The Philadelphia Eagles have signed Super Bowl winner Joe Flacco as quarterback for the upcoming NFL season. The team announced that.
The 36-year-old competes with Jalen Hurts in the playmaker position. Flacco was most recently under contract with the New York Jets. In 2013 he won the Super Bowl with the Baltimore Ravens and was voted Most Valuable Player of the Game. Flacco and the Eagles agreed on a one-season contract.
