Professor Ricardo Germano Efing was fired from the Centro Universitario Vale do Iguacu in Brazil for his “disturbing” calls.

During class online, the professor informs his students and students; “It’s something, my friend, that you have to adapt to.”
“Sorry girls, I know what I’m going to say this is harsh, but as the saying goes: if rape is inevitable and imminent, relax and enjoy it,” he was quoted as saying. The Sun, Tuesday (23/3/2021).
Because of that comment, Efing was anonymously reported by a student who attended his online class. The reporter was horrified by his remarks at the Centro Universitario Vale do Iguacu.
The professor said he made the statement “sick” while citing an example of a case where companies needed to fire people who were unable to adapt to new processes and new technology.
The footage of the academician’s comments was shared on social media the day after the online class and went viral on March 12.
