The new district of La Monnaie, which began to emerge in 2010, has the particularity of being at the crossroads of three municipalities: Angers, Trélazé and Les Ponts-de-Cé, on which it is located. Only 4 kilometers from downtown Angers, over a total area of ​​9.5 hectares, the ZAC la Monnaie already hosts nearly 1,000 inhabitants. Ultimately, the 665 housing units will accommodate 1,500 inhabitants.

In front of the seniors’ residence, four developers will allow the Monnaie district to be completed. Bouygues Immobilier will build a residence with 43 apartments for free ownership. This will be the second program launched by this promoter in this district.
