With her (presumed) roles in the comedy “Mr. Malcom’s List ”and“ Captain Marvel 2 ”will show Zawe Ashton to the Olympus of super stars.
Hardly anyone knows Zawe Ashton yet, but that will soon change. The 36-year-old actress from London conquered the world of film in seven-league boots.
Now the suspected girlfriend of Tom Hiddleston (40) also grabbed a role in the bestseller film adaptation “Mr. Malcom’s List “.

Nostalgie Rom-Com à la „Bridgerton“
The romantic comedy revolves around society lady Julia, who is abandoned by London’s most desirable bachelor, Mr. Malcolm, when she fails to meet one of the items on his list of requirements for a bride. Feeling shunned and humiliated, she asks her friend Selina to help her get revenge on Mr. Malcolm by tricking him into thinking he’s found his perfect partner.
The plan seems to be working until Henry threatens to thwart Julia’s plan by courting Selina as well. When the stupid Lord Cassidy interferes in the affairs of the four, the course of true love, which never goes smoothly, actually becomes rocky. Mr. Malcolm wonders if he’s found the perfect woman … or the perfect hoax.

Zawe Ashton in the lead role
Zawe Ashton takes on the lead role of the vengeful Julia. A real surprise, because the character was supposed to be played by superstar Constance Wu.
Will be in other roles Ashley Park (29), who is known as the Netflix show “Emily in Paris” and Brit high-flyer Sopé Dirisu (30) can be seen. The mega-hotties Theo James (36) and Oliver Jackson-Cohen (34) are also part of the party.

Soon at Marvel too?
Zawe Ashton can hope for her big breakthrough as a mega-star from her role in the Marvel blockbuster “Captain Marvel 2”. Anonymous sources are said to have betrayed the industry magazine “Deadline”that the British will embody the new adversary of Brie Larson (31).
So far, however, neither have Disney has yet to officially confirm its casting decision to Marvel. However, if the rumors are true, this role will catapult Zawe Ashton into the top league of Hollywood stars.
