Kevin Phillips believes this is the “natural” next step for a Leeds-linked Rangers title winner to move to the Premier League.

“It is just natural. How many times have we seen it over the years? If you go there and do it right, your next step is the Premier League.
“Ryan Kent, Leeds has obviously been linked with him and made moves for him before. He is now a Scottish champion so why wouldn’t Leeds look at him again?
“He is certainly a player that many Premier League teams will be looking at. Stevie G’s great job is to convince him to stay and go again.
Rangers are understandably reluctant to sell, but the riches of a Premier League offer could be hard to ignore. Also, Leeds may soon face a problem regarding wing depth.
Leeds trio’s futures unknown
Current stars Raphinha, Jack Harrison and Helder Costa currently occupy the club’s depth chart as a winger. Young Ian Poveda provides more depth, although he has rarely been called up to participate this season.
The aforementioned trio are facing uncertain futures, potentially increasing the need for a summer dip.
