Jakarta, Selular.ID – Indian smartphone manufacturer Micromax has just announced its newest device, Micromax In 1. It has a body similar to Micromax In note 1 but comes with a more affordable price tag. Lower costs mean a slower chipset and a cropped number of cameras.
The Micromax In 1 has a 6.67-inch LCD with Full HD + resolution and a small hole in the middle for the selfie camera. The Mediatek Helio G80 chip is coupled with 4GB RAM and two storage options: 64GB and 128GB, but the official listing says nothing about the microSD slot.
The camera setup on the back looks like it accommodates four cameras, but unfortunately, there are only three, namely 48MP main + 2MP macro + 2MP depth unit. 8MP selfie camera with f / 2.0 aperture and fixed focus.
Micromax is very proud of its “marathon battery” with a capacity of 5,000mAh. It supports fast charging at speeds up to 18W via the USB-C port. It also reveals no dedicated user interface, just pure Android 10 with “no ads, no bloatware, no skins”.
The Micromax In 1 has L1 Widevine support for watching streaming services in Full HD and is equipped with Dual Wi-Fi, Dual VoLTE connectivity options.
The Micromax In 1 will go on sale on March 26 in Blue or Pink via the company’s official website. It comes in two prices, depending on the internal storage, namely INR9,999 or around Rp.2 million and INR11,499 or around Rp.2.3 million.
