The Teatro de la Ciudad Purísima from March 25 will reopen its doors for the ‘Guanajuato Theater Marathon’, which will offer free face-to-face performances, with limited capacity and under the health protocol of ‘Culture on guard’.
The first performance will take place on Thursday, March 25 at 5:00 p.m. from the terrace with ‘Itacate’ by director Sigfrido Aguilar. That same day, but at 7:00 p.m. from the main room, ‘¡Ay pueblo, no te rajes!’ of the Yacata theater group and the direction of Martín Aguirre Huerta.
On Thursday the 26th, under the direction of Claudia Canchola ‘Corazón informer’, at 5:00 p.m. from the terrace. At 7:00 p.m., from the main hall and under the direction of Sandra Ramírez ‘The temple of the cactus’ by Roldana artes vivas.
The theater marathon will culminate on Saturday 27 with ‘Cartographies in the intimate’ at 5:00 p.m. from the terrace and ‘Raíz yo soy’, at 7:00 p.m. from the main hall and under the direction of Israel Araujo.
The opening took place after the advance of the State Traffic Light for Reactivation, even so the allowed capacity and all the sanitary measures established by the health department will be maintained.
