Russian fighter jets have struck areas near densely populated cities and camps in opposition-controlled northwestern Syria, eyewitnesses and rebel sources said today, quoted by Reuters.
Sources said the fighter jets attacked a target near a border checkpoint and the outskirts of the town of Sarmada in Idlib province.
A surface-to-surface missile struck the village of Kah near the Turkish border.
No casualties have been reported so far.
