ACEH, KOMPAS.TV- Related parties continue to match data to ensure that Abrip Asep is a policeman who disappeared during the 2004 Aceh tsunami and is currently found in Zainal Abidin Mental Hospital (RSJ), Banda Aceh.

One of the data matching processes involved colleagues.

In fact, when he met a number of Brimob colleagues in his class, Asep, who was known to have the rank of Bharaka, apparently still had memories of himself while serving as a police officer.

This was evident when he saw his colleagues wearing Brimob uniforms, the RSJ patient immediately called seniors.

“When we first found a member dressed in official clothes, when asked who, he called him a senior,” said Head of Public Relations of the Aceh Police, Kombes Pol Winardy, to reporters, Saturday (20/3/2021).

Winardy revealed that the patient at Zainal Abidin General Hospital in Banda Aceh was suspected of being Bharaka Asep, a member of the Police from the Brimob Unit of the Kedung Halang Bogor Brimob Regiment who was declared missing during the 2004 Aceh tsunami. When his colleague found him, he had the soul of a Brimob member who was still lingering.
