Quarrel escalates: man dragged meters on the hood | Inland

Video images in the hands of Omroep Brabant show how the man slides and falls after a few meters from the hood. The police informed the regional broadcaster that the car was then driven on.

The images show a group of about five men standing at the edge of a parking lot. You can also see a man leaning over the hood of a black car. The man behind the wheel accelerates and drives straight for meters.

At a bend, the man falls off the hood and ends up on an intermediate section of the road. Shortly after, the video ends.

‘Explanations vary’

What exactly happened at the Rietwaardenweg in Den Bosch is still unknown: “The statements vary quite a bit,” a police spokesperson told Omroep Brabant. It is confirmed, however, that it concerns an ‘altercation’ that got out of hand.

On Friday evening, two people were arrested in Utrecht on suspicion of involvement in the quarrel.
