Timlo.net—For now, the Clubhouse format seems to be getting the attention of internet users. Other companies quickly developed features similar to those of Clubhouse. One such company is Telegram. They announced Voice Chat 2.0 which has Clubhouse-like features.
Clubhouse is a new social media platform where people can create a different club. In the club they can discuss various topics. Discussions are conducted by voice. So it is similar to a conference call. The difference is that all users can participate in the club by sending a request (request). So the club functions more as a place for open discussion with strangers on the internet.
Telegram’s Voice Chats 2.0 works pretty much the same. Users can join public channels and groups to do the same. The app also adds a hand-raising feature. So users can virtually raise their hands if they want to talk. This prevents all participants from speaking at the same time and prevents one of the participants from hijacking the conversation, write Ubergizmo, Friday (19/3).
In a way, the Telegram implementation seems to be better than Clubhouse. This is because Clubhouse is only available on iOS at this time and can only be downloaded by invitation. Meanwhile, Telegram is available on various platforms. Twitter is also reportedly making a similar feature with Clubhouse.
