Job Description
Vitalis Médical TOULON, recruitment agency in interim, vacation and CDI, specialized in paramedical, medical and social recruits Nurses (M / F) for interim missions in hospitals or clinics in Toulon and Toulon EST ( 83).
Your missions
- Identify the patient’s condition (clinical, psychological) and record the information collected in the medical file
- Organize the nursing care plan according to the patient’s needs and prepare the care cart or medical kit
- Perform nursing care, communicate with the patient (feelings, pain, etc.) and update the nursing care file (incidents, changes in clinical status, etc.)
- Monitor the patient’s clinical state (constants, elimination functions, behavior, etc.) and inform the nursing / medical team about the evolution of the clinical state
- Carry out or control hygiene and comfort care and provide patient assistance (getting up, walking, post-operative care, etc.)
Prerequisites
State Nursing Diploma M / F required

Required profile
You are able to:
– Evaluate the patient’s state of health and degree of autonomy
– Carry out and formalize the nursing diagnosis and decide on the provision of care under his initiative
– Carry out nursing care and therapeutic activities adapted to the situations by respecting the hygiene protocols and the rules of good practice
– Identify emergency or crisis situations and deal with them with appropriate actions
– Work in an interprofessional team
– Analyze, synthesize information allowing the care of the person and the continuity of care
