Kia Ceed comes in the action edition of SPIN. It wants to attract private clients

The new edition of Kie Ceed builds on the success of the Fresh equipment. In contrast, it adds extra equipment at a discounted price.

Kia launches sale of the Ceed model in the action version SPIN. It takes advantage of the success of the Fresh equipment level, to which it adds additional equipment at a discounted price. The new edition expands Ceed’s range, available for both five-door hatchbacks and station wagons, exclusively with petrol engines, a 1.0 T-GDI three-cylinder and a 1.5 T-GDI four-cylinder.

“Fresh equipment was the best-selling last year in the case of the hatchback body variant, ranking fourth in the Sportswagon version in terms of sales. For both body variants, up to 65% of customers paid extra for additional equipment, which is now part of the SPIN special specification. We believe that SPIN, thanks to its attractive equipment and price below 400 thousand crowns, will attract especially private customers, to whom it offers exactly what they require from a lower middle class car, “ explains the arrival of a new edition Kateřina Vaňková Jouglíčková, Corporate Events Manager of the Czech representation of the Kia brand.

Ceedu SPIN prices start after deducting the redemption bonus of CZK 374,980, which applies to a five-door hatchback powered by a 1.0 kW 1.0 T-GDI three-cylinder petrol engine. 25,000 crowns are paid for the derived station wagon.

The SPIN equipment builds on the Fresh trim, which adds 16 ”alloy wheels, an eight-inch touchscreen radio including DAB and Apple CarPlay & Android Auto support, a rear parking camera and heated front seats and steering wheel. Compared to the Fresh level, it is only 20,000 crowns more expensive.

There is also a need for manual air conditioning, a spare spare wheel, cruise control, electrically operated and heated exterior mirrors or rear parking sensors.

SPIN is also available with a stronger three-cylinder 1.0 T-GDI with an output of 88 kW, for 414,980 crowns in the case of a hatchback. It is also possible to purchase a four-cylinder 1.5 T-GDI (118 kW), for 439,980 crowns. A seven-speed dual-clutch transmission is also available for an additional CZK 50,000.
