We learned of the death of Mr. Edmond Squirawski, which occurred Thursday, March 18 at his home, at the age of 91. Born on 1is November 1929 in Bruay-en-Artois (62), he had married Gioconda Marini on December 20, 1954 in Piennes, a wife he had the pain of losing on September 30, 2014. From this union were born two children, Daniel, domiciled in Villiers-sur-Orge (91) and Françoise and her companion Didier Fiorelli in Athienville (54). A minor pensioner from the North East well, he was surrounded by three grandchildren, Jérémy, Jonathan, Émilie, and his sister Edwige Hatot.
The body of the deceased rests in the Lescanne funeral chamber in Piennes. His funeral will be celebrated on Saturday March 20, at 2:30 p.m., in the church of Piennes. The transfer of the body to Thionville for cremation will follow.
