these Avignon students imagine the future of our plates

One month away from the New Products Grand Jury, an event that takes place every year at the Jeanne-Laurent space in Avignon, for Master 1 students from the Isema school, the 34 young people from this promotion, divided into seven groups, have presented their innovative products, within their school. These food creations, which we could find on our plates tomorrow, are surfing on current trends: organic or vegan products, the consideration of food waste, local products or products with a strong nutritional value.
