Scientists point to possible origin of space object ‘Oumuamua

After much speculation, a group of scientists seems to have found some answers for the origin of the spatial object ‘Oumuamua and its formation. According to the researchers, it is a piece of debris launched from a world similar to Pluto.

Before this classification, an object was called a lot of different things, from a asteroid, even a alien spaceship. But all that is known is that it travels at thousands of kilometers per hour and is not like much that we have seen.

According to scholars, the ‘Oumuamua, which in Hawaiian means “messenger from far away that reaches first”, is a splinter from a collision between another space object and its parent planet, which occurred in another star system, about 450 million years.

Oumuamua is already an old acquaintance of ours, it has been orbiting the Solar System for at least 26 years and is shrinking over time, which reinforces the theory of scholars that the object is actually made of ice and that this melting.

The space object was spotted by humans for the first time in 2017, and a collision with Earth was never considered, as it was moving away from our planet at a speed of more than 315,000 km / h. Today, it can no longer be seen by astronomers because it is too far from here.

However, it is likely that other space objects similar to it may orbit our solar system today, however, they are smaller and difficult to see because they are more opaque.
