Houston (AP) – The Houston Texans have agreed on a one-year contract with quarterback Tyrod Taylor. The US media reported, citing anonymous sources.
Taylor last played for the Los Angeles Chargers, but lost his starting place there early to Justin Herbert. The 31-year-old was also unlucky because his lungs were accidentally injured during treatment by a doctor. The Texans have a little less pressure to deal with Deshaun Watson with the signing. The quarterback is still under contract, but is dissatisfied and wants to leave the NFL team.
