With the Taste and Health Prize organized each year, MAAF promotes the talents of food craftsmen and the nutritional quality of food. The competition (re) affirms MAAF’s commitment to act on health prevention by reducing disease risk factors, while supporting French craftsmanship and saluting the excellence of its gastronomic heritage.
A competition in 3 key stages: will you be the 2021 winner?
- Online registration before April 30, 2021
- Study of the files and choice of the 12 finalists by the pre-jury in June 2021
- Final of the Taste and Health Award, with awards ceremony in the presence of chefs and guests in October 2021
4 categories, 4 prizes and a Grand Prize winner:
4 categories and € 5,000 to be won in each category:
- Sweet recipes: dessert, pastry, …
- Savory recipes: starter, main course, …
- Recipes to take away: quiche, salad, sandwich, …
- Recipes to keep: groceries, cannery, jam, chocolate, confectionery, …
The 2021 Grand Prize winner will take home 10,000 €!

- You are registered in the Trades Directory with a Chamber of Trades and Crafts
