Bond yields are barely moving, after the slight decline on Monday. Interest rates had risen sharply in recent months, as the improving economic outlook pushes up inflation. Macro-economist Jeroen Blokland of Robeco is not yet concerned about inflation. “First, in many areas, such as the eurozone and Japan, inflation remains far from central bank targets. The risks of overrun are low. In the US, inflation risks are higher, but not enough to derail the equity markets.
