Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia – The Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) made changes to the board of directors of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia I (Persero), PT Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero), PT Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero), and PT Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero) on Monday (15 / 3/2021).
For Pelindo I, the Minister of BUMN Erick Thohir remove Dani Rusli Utama from his position as president director (president director). Dani was replaced by Prasetyo, who previously served as Director of Transformation and Business Development for Pelindo I. The position left by Prasetyo was then filled by Joko Noerhudha.
“By upholding the values of AKHLAK (Amanah, Competent, Harmonious, Loyal, Adaptive, and Collaborative), Pelindo I is determined to continue realizing its vision to become Indonesia’s main gateway to the global logistics network,” said Pelindo I’s statement on official Instagram accounts such as quoted by CNBC Indonesia, Tuesday (16/3/2021).
As explained at the outset, Prasetyo was not new to Pelindo I. Prior to becoming president, he was the director of business transformation and development.
The alumnus of the Sepuluh November Institute of Technology has filled a number of positions including General Manager of Benoa Harbor (2013), President Director of PT Pelindo Properti Indonesia (2014), and Head of the Strategic and Corporate Performance Bureau (2017-2020) of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia I (Persero).
Meanwhile, Joko has held a number of positions including President Director of PT Terminal Petikemas Surabaya and Technical Director of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero).
