Users from Brazil and abroad reported failures to access the application Microsoft Teams on Monday afternoon (15).

The company admitted a flaw in a Twitter post and said the instability could affect other products in the Microsoft 365 package.

According to the company, the problem is related to a change in the users’ authentication system. To resolve the instability, the update will be rolled back.

At 19h (Brasília time), Microsoft said that the correction of the problem was finished and that the “error rates were decreasing”. The company said it continues to monitor the service.
