TMZ reports that. The first time, on Christmas Eve, the man got off with a warning. Apparently it had little effect, because on December 26 the man reappeared at the house. Then he was arrested.

It is not clear how close he came to the house. Whether the couple was home at the time is also unknown. The suspect, who is being charged with intrusion, is said to have driven all the way from Ohio to visit the house. His motive is unknown.
