GALICIA: 54 MUNICIPALITIES WITHOUT COVID-19
Galicia counts 54 municipalities in which no case of COVID-19 has been registered in the last 14 days, which implies that the 17.2% of the 313 Galician municipalities are free of coronavirus. Of all these, the vast majority (33) correspond to the province of Ourense.
This number means that more than a third (35.9%) of the city councils of Ourense did not detect any positive in the last two weeks. Specifically, it is about A Arnoia, Beade, A Bola, O Bolo, Carballeda de Valdeorrras, Castro Caldelas, Cenlle, Cortegada, Chandrexa de Queixa, Esgos, Gomesende, Xunqueira de Ambía, Xunqueira de Espadañedo, Larouco, Maceda, Manzaneda, A Mezquita, Montederramo, Oímbra , Padrenda, Parada de Sil, Pontedeva, Quintela de Leirado, San Xoán de Río, Ríos, Rubiá, San Amaro, Sarreaus, Taboadela, Vilardevós, Vilariño de Conso, Vilar de Santos and Vilar de Barrio.
After Ourense, it is located Lugo with 13 municipalities free of COVID (almost 20% of the 67 that make up the province): Baleira, Folgoso do Courel, Muras, Navia de Suarna, Negueira de Muñiz, As Nogais, Ourol, O Páramo, Portomarín, Ribeira de Piquín, Riotorto, Sober and O Vicedo.
At the same time, only five of the 93 municipalities of A Coruña did not detect cases of coronavirus in the last 14 days: Boimorto, Cerdido, Corcubión, Mañón and Toques; while in Pontevedra there are only three: Catoira, Covelo and Dozón.
