The song premiered on Friday, March 12, on an LTV show How to win at Eurovision? Samantha Tina’s road to Rotterdam final series. The Moon Is Rising is a story about the power of women and a call for everyone to be aware of their own values and beauty, without succumbing to the standards and stereotypes of society.
The authors of the composition are Aminata, SKVR (Oskars Uhans) and Samanta Tina. The director of the song video is the artist himself. The clip was made in collaboration with the studio Ai Production (cameraman – Ritvars Bluka, style – Samanta Tīna and Anatolijs Ksenofontovs, consultant – Kashers, choreography – Linda Šeļakova-Paulauska and Baiba Klints).

This year, Eurovision will be hosted by the Dutch city of Rotterdam. 41 countries will participate in the competition. The semi-final will take place on May 18 and 20, the final with 26 songs will take place on May 22. Samanta Tīna will perform in the second semi-final on May 20.
