The Appeals Chamber of the Supreme Anti-Corruption Court has seized a deposit account owned by the former first deputy head of PrivatBank’s board, Vladimir Yatsenko. About this the day before reported press service of the court.
The arrest was also imposed on 1/2 of the shares of corporate rights in the authorized capital of three enterprises owned by Yatsenko’s common-law wife Evgeniy Krivenko – Fintech Band LLC, Estate City LLC and ACC Processing LLC.
The court decided to seize Yatsenko’s $ 3 million in a deposit account with Monobank.
“And this is all in addition to the arrest already imposed by the investigating judge on eight residential buildings, two apartments, a garage, 20 land plots, six cars, two trailers, a ship and corporate rights in PJSC UAPKT Ukrstalproyekt in the amount of 8.13%”, – clarified at the Anti-Corruption Center.
It is noted that judge Inna Kalugina expressed a dissenting opinion regarding the seizure of corporate rights.
