The Chief Sanitary Inspectorate on Friday published a public warning about one batch of Seagram’s Gin, produced by the Wyborowa company. The reason is “possible contamination of the product with glass fragments”.
–
“In connection with the incident at the production plant in Zielona Góra regarding a dozen or so Seagram’s Gin bottles, the Management Board of Wyborowa SA decided to withdraw from sale the entire batch of gin – Seagram’s Gin with a capacity of 0.7l and batch number: 21011371, which can be found in the lower part, on the back the bottle label “- informed the company Wyborowa in the announcement posted on the website.

As it was added, “actions leading to blocking the entire batch of the product are preventive because there is a certain risk that single pieces of the product (up to a dozen or so bottles from the withdrawn batch of over twenty thousand) may contain glass fragments and consumption of the product with its content may endanger health”.
