Pedro was happy (Like Miguel, but without a mountain – abstain, Generation Z-). He told stories about his favorite subjects –architecture, music, cinema, underwear… -, he did it in media where people read to him and, last but not least, I was charging for it!
What he did not count in articles, he did on Twitter, sporadically using the hashtag #LaBrasaTorrijos to bring together all those stories. Until the Twitter “threads” appeared and everything changed.
“When Twitter created the threads, it generated the second great milestone in its history, after RT” Pedro explains as the afternoon sun enters through the window and draws a strange halo on his head, like a glittering Phoebus. That second milestone was what led Pedro to his great change.
CHAPTER 3: THE BRASA SPRING
In September 2019, @Pedro_Torrijos broadcast his first live program. It was a thread about an aborted city in the middle of California.
Although it was a Tuesday, he did not include the hashtag #LaBrasaTorrijos and forgot the archetypal “I open the thread”, Pedro lit a fire that still burns insistently after two seasons and more than 60 shows.
