In January, the realme smartphone with model number RMX3081 was certified by the EEC. The same device was seen at the FCC last week. Now, it also appears in certification bodies in Indonesia. The latest certification confirms that this handset will be called realme 8 Pro.
Not only that, a Twitter user named Debayan Roy (@Gaggetsdata) has also announced the launch date of the Realme 8 Series in India. According to his tweet, Realme will officially announce the smartphone lineup on March 24
He also tweeted that the Realm 8 Series which may also have a vanilla variant will pack an AMOLED display panel. In accordance with previous rumors, Realme 8 will come in two configurations, namely 4 GB / 128 GB and 6 GB / 128 GB. It comes with two color choices, namely Cyber Silver and Cyber Black.
Meanwhile, the Pro variant will also come in two memory options, namely 6 GB / 128 GB and 8 GB / 128 GB. The difference with the vanilla variant, the Pro variant will have three color choices, namely Infinite Black, Infinite Blue and Illuminating Yellow.
The Pro variant will have 108 MP main camera support like the Redmi Note 10 Pro. In addition, this smartphone will also be supported by a 4,500 mAh battery with 65W fast charging. Not to forget, Realme 8 Pro will adopt an in-screen fingerprint sensor, and Realme UI 2.0 (Android 11).
Then, what about the realm 8 variant? It is said that this smartphone will come with a Super AMOLED screen measuring 6.4 inches. The chipset used is likely the Helio G95 from MediaTek. In the camera sector, a 64 MP quad-camera setup will be installed and it will have a 5,000 mAh battery with 30W fast charging.
