Just over 7 pm on Wednesday night, the police announced that they had ended the beach search for the man due to the weather conditions and the darkness. During the evening, those who searched by boat also ended the search.
Probably not exploration from the air tonight
At 22.45, it had not yet been decided whether the rescue helicopter and the maritime surveillance aircraft would search through the night.

The search will be resumed tomorrow in full when it gets light again on Thursday morning.

Stiff gale and high waves
