Alsace as well as the Grand Est will become one of the strong destinations of our beautiful country and our network deploys an innovative and unique production: weekend box set to book online, duo and family offers, business seminars and new themes for the groups.
We will open up exceptional places to customers where local know-how is valued. This does not of course exclude our outgoing offer which will be even more intimate, with a privileged welcome in our “travel lounges”, cocooning space to live a real customer experience even before departure.
TourMaG.com – Have you made any major decisions for a year?
Michelle Kunegel: We have grouped together certain services, in particular the “group travel” service to optimize customer relations and the complementarity of the expertise of our employees.
The geographical coverage of our agencies is also reviewed as part of our reorganization.
Finally, digital is taking all its power with a separate internal web agency and a revised website, not to mention the new digital tools deployed to teams.
We have certainly changed and I am proud of our development, which already meets the requirements of our customers of tomorrow.
