Former Deputy Chairperson of the Kotamobagu City DPC Gerald Piter Runtuthomas revealed a number of oddities in the event which was claimed to be an extraordinary congress (KLB) Democratic Party (PD). Gerald was astonished by the decisive selection process Moeldoko as Ketum PD version of KLB Deli Serdang.
Gerald initially explained that he attended the KLB in Deli Serdang because he was lured by money. He was promised to receive Rp. 100 million if he attended the Deli Serdang KLB.
“What is confusing in the KLB process is the election of a general chairman,” said Gerald to reporters, Monday (8/3/2021).
Gerald explained that the election of ketum in the KLB was carried out by voting. According to him, Jhoni Allen was the chairman of the trial KLB ask the participants which figure is suitable for the KLB Deli Serdang version of the ketum.
Then, the participants shouted two names. The names are Moeldoko and Marzuki Alie.

Furthermore, Gerald said that Jhoni Allen again asked the participants regarding who between Moeldoko and Marzuki Alie was worthy of being Ketum. According to him, Jhoni immediately decided that Moledoko would become the KLB version of Ketum PD.
“After getting two names to become a candidate for chairman, Mr. Jhoni Allen immediately shouted at the participants. Where do you support Moeldoko? Everyone stand up, we will choose Mr. Moeldoko. “Suddenly Mr. Jhoni Allen immediately knocked the hammer that the one who was elected to this extraordinary congress was Mr. Moeldoko,” he continued.
Furthermore, Gerald revealed another irregularity regarding the Deli Serdang KLB. He was astonished and questioned the membership Moeldoko.
“Pak Moeldoko is not registered as a member of the Democrat Party or cadre of Democrats or leadership of Demorkat, whether it is from branches, branches, or regions, let alone the DPP. Pak Moeldoko became a member after reading out the rules of the extraordinary congress,” he said.
In addition, Gerald also said that PD cadre members must be proven by a membership card (KTA) signed by Ketum PD. He also questioned the KTA card and number from Moeldoko.
“Now the question is, who is KTA Pak Moledoko who signed it. It must be signed by the ketum,” he said.
“So now Mr. Moeldoko is declared a member of the Demoirat Party, where is the KTA, what is the KTA number? None. Keep being elected as a ketum. This is strange,” he added.
