US President Joe Biden has returned his two White House dogs to his residence in Wilmington, Delaware, after a bite incident, AFP reported, citing US media.
Major, the presidential couple’s 3-year-old German Shepherd, showed aggression by barking, jumping and attacking presidency staff and security agents. There was also an accident with a bite, but it is not clear whether some were seriously injured.
However, the episode was considered serious enough to send both German shepherds to the Biden family in Wilmington last week.
Major was adopted from an animal shelter in November 2018. The other dog’s name is Champ and he is 13 years old, AFP reports, quoted by BTA.
