The previous lowest figure was recorded on September 22 – then 5,079 new cases of coronavirus were detected.
At the same time, the average incidence rate in Britain this week fell by 31.3% compared to the week of February 22-28.
In total, since the beginning of the pandemic, 4,218,520 cases of the disease have been recorded in the country, as well as 140,062 deaths.
Recall that worldwide growth of COVID – at the highest mark in a month… During the day, almost 479 thousand new cases of coronavirus were discovered in the world, while more than 10 thousand people died.
