In the center of Rotterdam, on 1e Middellandstraat, two people were injured in a stabbing incident. One of the two is seriously injured, the police report.
Both persons were arrested and transferred to the Erasmus Medical Center in Rotterdam. The reason for the stabbing was probably an argument between the two.
A witness says to it AD that he saw a man stabbing another man with a large knife several times, with the victim bleeding badly. The witness managed to knock down the stabbing man with a club.
