The twite will be sold as non-fungible token ( NFT), sort of digital certificate which states the party who owns the photo, video, or other virtual form.
However, the post remains publicly available on Twitter even after being auctioned.
The buyer will receive a certificate, digitally signed and verified by Dorsey, as well as metadata from the original tweet.

The metadata will include information such as when the tweet was uploaded and the text content.
Reporting from CNBC, NFT ownership is recorded at blockchain, a kind of digital “ledger” akin to a support network bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies.
However, unlike most currencies, one cannot exchange one NFT for another as one can against a dollar or other asset.
Each NFT is unique and happens to be a collection item that cannot be duplicated thus making it rare.
